Return Policy
- Can be returned for replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Buyer must ship unit back to Basin Boat Lighting in same package as the batteries are Lithium Metal and require package markings.
- No replacement will be issued until device is assessed. If in like new condition and product is defective, shipping cost will be refunded.
- If the unit has been damaged by the customer, the repair will be charged to the customer.
- Startup Guide and User Manual are available at the website. Failure to follow Startup Guide may result in damage to your device.
